Oy, I have been neglecting this corner of my world and I'm sorry for that *sniff* I miss those days when I had time for fannish things and lots of stuff to post /o\

But I'm trying and hopefully I can post something pretty soon :D

In the meantime, I figured I'd post some more pics of my new place :P I spent the past month buying various decorative elements and trying out things to make my living room look pretty, with finishing touches that I like :D

I heard back from the awesome Gen Prompt Bingo mod who was so gracious and exchanged the Case Fic square for Candles ♥ Squeeee... Ideas, anyone? I'm so doing a blackout...

I also made a TLT gifset which I'm very proud of - it's all about the vase... and Monroe... and all the feelz -> HERE

And I made a manip which for now serves no other purpose than to cheerlead the German team into sucking the life out of their opponents today like Peter is sucking... well... :P

And it's almost weekend \o/

I keep staring at my card, trying to decide which square I should tackle next, heee... I guess that's the pain of having too many ideas :P Buuut in lieu of my new found love for GIF sets I decided to ask HC mods if we could maybe use GIF sets to fill squares. I got the answer last night - the answer is YES \o/ A set of 10 GIFs can be used to fill a square. I'm thinking I'm gonna fill the medication square with poor Peter in 5x05 drinking Mozzie's stuff... and the side effects square with Neal drinking Mozzie's drug cocktail and ending up on Peter's couch in 5x04 :P

Any other GIF ideas for my other squares? I still intend to make mostly manips but 2-4 GIF sets would introduce a tiny dose of variety :P 

It's finally Thursday and in about 3h my work week is gonna be over. I decided to take tomorrow off in order to properly squee and fangirl all over The Last Tycoon. It premieres tomorrow on Amazon ♥ The initial reviews are glorious, of course that doesn't mean much in terms of me liking it, I have to see it to form an opinion but OMG, it's Matt, it just cannot go wrong, LOL.

I finally, FINALLY decided to try and make one of those awesome gifsets that are pretty much the heart and soul of tumblr existence. I always thought there was some magic tool for making them fast and easy but it turns out it all comes down to Photoshop again, ha! In my attempts I've used the very awesome GIF tutorial from buefo and just tweaked it to better suit my Photoshop habits. This can become another way of filling those bingo squares for me, woohoo \o/

I'm about to crawl into bed but I was just catching up on season 14 of Hell's Kitchen (great bg noise for photoshoping) and suddenly there's this:

Well, Second Chance s1 is officially over and done and now we have to wait for FOX to make their decision. As usual, I don't wanna get into details as to not to spoil it for anyone who has not seen it yet, but it looks like there's not that much of a cliffie, more like an open door for a potential s2 which, I have to admit, would be awesome if they went the way they suggested.

Whee, I made it to my buddy's place, though not without some adventures, hehe. Basically, first I overslept and barely made it to the train station on time and then 5 minutes before reaching the destination there was a power outage at the station and the train first had to wait for half an hour and then ultimately arrived at a different station, lol... But all in all - I made it :D

Oooh, I'm so happy that it's almost weekend. Almost because my day pretty much just started and I still have a few hours to go before I can invade Starbucks and head home. But I'm already looking forward to two days of fun, I have the remaining 4 prompts for my meme to tackle and a lot of episodes to catch up with :D

But first I have a WC question :D Can anyone remember any scenes with Peter looking adorably lost? Like Neal did something and Peter was all "I give up"? The only thing that comes to mind is the facepalm in Countermeasures when Neal called El, lol. But can you remember more moments like that? The adorable Neal-induced "why me?" moments?

So, my long weekend is halfway over but I haven't been particularly productive :( Yesterday my evil bronchitis reached its peak so I haven't even left the bed. Today I feel better, I think the meds are doing their thing, but still all I could really muster was watch some TV :)

It's Wednesday and I already wish it was Friday /o\ I caught a bug somewhere, I woke up with a sore throat on Monday and now I'm coughing and wheezing like poor pneumoniated Neal. Unfortunately, there's no Peter to come to the rescue *sadface* I got a doctor's appointment anyway tomorrow, so hopefully I'll score at least Friday off :)

Lately Thursday has become my show-induced ramble day but unfortunately there are no more shows with our boys airing on Wednesday nights *sadface*. Poor Second Chance tanked in ratings so FOX has kicked it off to Friday nights, heh. Hence, Saturday ramble post :P I just hope they keep SC around for the remaining 8 eps, ouch :P

Eeeeee, OMG, the second episode of Second Chance was sooooooo great and I'm not talking about the plot here. Tim was absolutely adorable and he and Rob had a lot of such cute moments together, for some reason it all made me flail and then want to make Peter and Neal manips, lol. I still have to watch the episode in a proper way (coffee, cozy chair or bed) but Tim has already put me in such a good mood, it's impossible not to smile at that gorgeous face :D

Oy, today was kinda good day but filled with a series of minor fails, heee :D

The finale of AHS is now hsitory and there was no Matt!!!!! *whimpers* I guess they were filming his last scene within the finale schedule, even though it was actually used in the penultimate episode, hence my confusion /o\ Oh, well... I have been staring at the boy for the better part of the last few days so I can't really say I'm in withdrawal here, LOL :D

So, no Matty treat in this week's AHS /o\ That makes me a very sad Kanarek, just yesterday I was saying to nywcgirl that I was looking forward to today, lol... Total jinx /o\

But we did get a nice surprise of the White Collar flavor :P Now I'm even more sad that Matty wasn't in this ep, that would have been a great reunion. But there might still be hope, heee :D
