Here, goose, goose...
Awww, CBS Europe is showing one of my favorite movies - Fly Away Home ♥ Yeah, I'm a softie when it comes to movies about birdies, especially when they are small and clumsy and so fluffy :P No doubt I'm gonna need a box of tissues stat (lol).

Of course, when I was in New York last year and got to spend half a day exploring Roosevelt Island, I couldn't help it and take this pic

Heading home
I'm on a train and finally heading home. On one hand I'm dying to see my feathered boys and girl, on the other - I feel like I'm so not ready to jump off my cloud nine and face the reality again. At least the weather in Poland currently matches the weather in New York, heee :D

Update from the airport lounge!

So, Ara and I have made it to the airport safely. Unfortunately our flights depart from different terminals :(

I don't feel like leaving at all *sadface* I'm gonna be counting the days until September, though. I already have my flight booked and this weekend I also booked my room. Yay!

Heeee, in the more airport-related adventures, the entire Lufthansa crew have parked themselves in the same corner as I. Fun times with face paint, flags and weird looking globes LOL!

I'll post the next update either from Warsaw or home. I don't think I have any more pics I want to post but I will resume my regular photoshop schedule. Boy, do I have ideas in my head now (thinks of [livejournal.com profile] elrhiarhodan who is responsible for most of them :P I'm not gonna give away details, though, heeee). And wait till you see the pic [livejournal.com profile] aragarna is saving for Tuesday *swoons*

I have barely started my vacation in White Collar city and I'm already in seventh heaven, it's just so wonderful to be able to not think about anything other than relaxing and finding fun stuff to do, like going to the cinema with [livejournal.com profile] elrhiarhodan and [livejournal.com profile] aragarna to see a movie I completely forgot I wanted to see, heee :D (we went to see Maleficent and I see a series of new wing manips in a near future :P)

Ready for take-off \o/
New York, here I come again \o/ For now I made it to the airport and should be boarding the plane in about half an hour. After yesterday's small pre-trip disaster today I am finally in full trip mode, so ridiculously excited and dying to be there already with my fellow collars :D

That also means a longer break from my to-do list as I only have my tiny tablet with me :P There are urgent projects I didn't manage to finish before the trip, but I promise I will do so right after I'm back :D

In the meantime I think I'll be posting daily pics of our adventures in NYC, so stay tuned :D
