A/N: This one just refused to be anything other than Peter and Neal's college years :D I think you can view it as WY 'verse Peter and Neal, though it's just impossible to make Peter look young. And believe me, I did try. I even went through caps of Seinfeld and Party of Five, found a pic that had the perfect angle and all... but when I tried it - ugh, no. Sorry, Forging Bonds Peter is as young as I'm willing to accept, LOL. Personally, I'm leaning more towards Rubbing Elbows with the Moon, with college Neal and professor Peter ♥ Head canon recap would be: They had their pic taken by a photography student who had it developed black and white and both Peter and Neal had been carrying a copy in their wallets ever since.
