White Collar's final season comes to DVD!

Woohoo, according to TVShowsOnDVD we should mark May 5 in our calendars because this is apparently the scheduled release date for both season 6 and the complete series. There hasn't been any official announcement from the studio yet and the date comes from amazon.com's pre-order listing.

The complete series packaging looks nice, kinda reminds me of the early s1 opening theme :D Plus the awesome CON-plete Series on the box, heeeeeee. I have to say it looks rather big for 6 simple DVD sets but then again, it's difficult to judge only by a photo, I guess it could be two 3-set piles next to each other? Cuz that's exactly what they did with Burn Notice. Which is meh because no one's gonna pay approx.150 bucks for a cardboard wrapping if they already own individual sets, lol :D

But I guess we just have to wait for a studio announcement :D

O.k., if you knew nothing about the series, all that sexy leering (wow, Tiffany finally made a cover) would lead you to some interesting - dare I say slashy- assumptions. Ménage a trois, much?

Amazon is selling at least 3 seasons for 6 bucks each... You may as well donate them :D Knowing amazon patterns, though, it's best to wait until xmas maybe, it will get cheap eventually :D

hmmm but that would imply waiting EIGHT months!

Part of me hopes there's nothing worth in that box. I'll just make my own box... ;-)

Oh, I like the look of the Con-plete seasons box, though it does look a little on the big side to me. But like you say, it's difficult to tell from the photo. Not so keen on the cover for Season 6 though, but won't worry about that too much if they could get on with the UK releases please!

I'd be a happy camper if any of the auditions appeared in the extras. I would love to see their early takes on the characters and their dynamics.

I emailed Fox Home Ent this week and they weren't able to give me a date, but they gave me the wrong one for season 5 so I wasn't really expecting much from them. LOL
