A/N: Well, this has unexpectedly turned into a series. This one is for my partners in crime, elrhiarhodan and aragarna who wanted Jonesy with wings. And it goes together with the other two winged creations. I think my brain has already made the switch from reality to White Collar fiction. With Neal as a fallen angel looking for a way back to heaven, this is Peter, the guardian... and Neal's only hope :P
