Okay, just wow!

elrhiarhodan recced this in her Fandom Snowflake today, and since I was a devoted reader of TVC back in the day, I had to come take a look.

I'm stunned by how much I WANT THIS TO BE REAL! I honestly hated the Tom Cruise version of the book (but then again, I can't stand TC, so was that any kind of surprise?), and thought that Brad Pitt (whom I also can't much stand) was woefully miscast as Louis. I hadn't thought of Matt, but honestly I think he'd be a wonderful Louis.

But your artwork! Apart from whether or not Matt would make a good Louis, I think you've captured the essence of the character, and more to the point, you've captured Matt so well that I can almost imagine this is a photo and not art. Well done!
