Yay \o/ I had the privilege of creating art for rabidchild's second Big Bang story this year - The Manhattan Story. It's a wonderfully humorous and equally romantic fusion with the movie The Philadelphia Story, with our gorgeous boys as the main characters :D And let me tell you - it is epic :D If you haven't already done so, go read it. Now :P

I just came over from the story. I've admired your artwork for over a year, but OMG this is freaking awesome! Your art suits the story better than anything else could have, and so appropriately illustrates the story, from movie poster to newspaper articles.

The way you've written a journalistic story for the newspaper, as well as the chapter headings is so wonderful and fun - what a great idea. And the poster is so evocative of those old posters from the 1930's and 40's - perfect art is perfect!

Awww, thank you so much. The idea for the banners just sort of happened... and then I thought I may add a newspaper page as well :D But both RC and I were brain twins when it came to the cover - I immediately thought about creating a WC version of the original poster and then I got an email from RC suggesting the very same thing :D :D :D
