Im fairly certain it's a skin condition that comes and goes. There are a few episodes of WC where it really stands out (Shoot the Moon comes to mind).

DAYUM!! Matty and the color blue - a match made in heaven!! And why did they never, ever thought about getting Peter in one of those purple shirts?!? Not exactly fitting for the office, but for an undercover job - these dark colors fit Tim so nice.

Can't wait what our OT3 is up to on Sunday, but I bet it's gonna be a literal ton of fun!!
