But gah, that trailer, OMG... Matt just looks soooo beautiful ♥

The makers of Walking Out have shown the trailer both in Cannes and at the Berlin festival trying to get international distributors. Considering how big Matty's name is right now, especially after The Nice Guys, I'm certain they will have no problems releasing the movie globally :D Right now it's in post production and they want to release it sometime in 2017... one of the makers tweeted recently that he has watched the very first cut of the movie :D

Even if it doesn't make it to our cinemas here, it's definitely gonna get released somehow - iTunes, amazon or something, we just have to sit and wait :D

Oh, I didn't know that about the Berlin festival! That's nice. Although obviously I would not want to watch it in German dubbing. So I'd have to hunt for an english copy some way anyway.

It's not a novel, it's just a short story. I was through in half an hour.

So they literally just cut the trailer together? I thought the movie was finished already. No idea how to survive till 2017 - but then I have no idea how to survive till we finally see "Monty" either and that will be even longer. I am just glad that I wasn't around yet during the "Normal Heart" making years!

Yeah, the needed an incentive for the distributors, heee :D I'm just really happy that Matt is doing so well these days, thank to that this movie is gonna score big :D

Are you saying they did not immediately open their wallets as soon as they heard Matt Bomer is involved, before even seeing the trailer? Shame over them ;)

But yeah, nice exposure he has at the moment. Wonder where he will go next!

As my friend noticed today, the trailer is gone from the page. Hope you snatched it in time ;) I think it probably never was meant for the public, but only for the distributors? As it was really rather long for a trailer. It showed almost the whole movie.

Yeah, I downloaded it but it's so small, there's hardly anything you can do with it... but I think it's more like some technical problems and the vid will probably be back... it wasn't anything leaked, it was posted by the creators... something very similar was posted for Tim's western - it's also long :D
