I really cannot believe my luck :P I get to post yet another art post - this one is #4. My dear friend pooh_collector claimed my tick-tock artwork that featured a very worried-looking Peter and a very stuck and unhappy Neal :P Needless to say, she has written an epic - Lost Time Is Gone Forever - based on just that one cover. While I was reading it, I could almost feel the time running out, the desperation and helplessness growing with every passing minute, awww ♥ (Yeah, I'm such an angst junkie :P) And I was beyond thrilled when the story sparkled ideas for more artwork pieces that I could contribute ♥

I can't tell you enough how much your wonderful art inspired me. When I saw the original piece the skeleton of this story just fell right into my head. Peter's protectiveness and worry, Neal's growing fear and then his loss of hope.

And then you made the gif and OMG I haven't stopped seeing over that thing for a second. It's such an amazing combination of the elements that are so important to the story AND IT COUNTS DOWN!

When I set up the posts yesterday I couldn't believe how wonderful it looked with all the art so perfectly illustrating the intensity and emotion of the story.

It looks like we make a great team :D I promise you, this GIF wouldn't have happened if you hadn't sent me the draft that included the countdown :D This was totally mutual inspiration. I love it when that happens :D
